The location is excellent and very convenient for Zurich Airport. The staff was friendly and check-in was smooth. However, the room felt dusty and worn. The towels were no longer white and appeared aged, which gave the room a less clean feeling than expected from a Hyatt property. Good for an airport stay, but the room condition could be improved.
