The hotel was very conveniently located, with restaurants and a grocery store nearby. It would have been nice to have a shuttle option, as we had some difficulty getting an Uber from the hotel. Overall, though, we had a really nice stay. The amenities were great, especially the coffee in the room, and having two connecting rooms worked very well for our group of four adults. We really appreciated the convenience and comfortable setup.

It's a perfectly nice hotel. We actually got 2 separate rooms for our family of 4, so that was nice. There's no AC so the rooms with southern exposure get very hot.

Attentive staff, convenient location, delicious breakfasts. For large and tall people, the shower may be too small, depending on the room type. There is no USB port in the rooms, but you can leave your devices at the reception.

If you are looking for a great place to stay in Zurich (with A/C) and relatively modern finishes in the rooms, look no further. This hotel is very reasonably priced, no bells and whistles but it was AMAZING for a clean, comfortable overnight stay for my family of 5 in Zurich. It was a very easy and short tram ride from the Zurich HB and into town. We had to get 2 rooms for around CHF360 for the night. Very pleasantly surprised at how convenient and good our stay was. The SBB station is right outside the hotel. There's a Burger King across the street. Staff was extremely accommodating. They held our baggage at check out for the entire day for free. Highly recommend if you're looking for a low-key, easy, budget friendly stay in Zurich that is right at the tram station 10 minutes from the train station. EASY and GOOD. Oh - no breakfast included but you can add on for CHF28 if you decide in the morning.

This was such a great spot: good price, very clean, great room, access to public transportation was a few steps away. It has a great restaurant on the property and a bunch of other shops and restaurants nearby. Plus there was a nearby playground for the kids to run around. This place is great--we would definitely stay again!
