AC can be a bit better. It was hot in the room. Staff was very helpful. While the location itself is good it’s about 15-20 Mts away with mid traffic to get to HB. Main city is not walkable . Very residential kind of location if anyone is looking for a city feel.

We had a great room for 3 with a balcony. Had to book it last minute as our other accommodations were double booked. Turned out to be a good thing as Hotel Sternen had air conditioning and our other place did not! The staff were all very nice and the layout was very good. Only one stop from the main train station.

Very warm welcome (especially considering it is a city hotel), the staff all very friendly, rooms clean and comfortable. The location is really well connected. I travel quite a lot and generally most hotels don't stand out - this one did - I would stay again next time I am in Zurich.
