After being out all day and being exhausted I was very please to get some late night room service! Very good and staff was so helpful! The best part though was the adjustable bed!!! Got the best nights sleep!

I loved everything about this luxury hotel. I wanted to rate everything excellent but I could not get my phone to move over to that part of the field. I loved the candy butler; the small face clothes; the amenities on the refrigerator that is complimentary( being shown to the room; the food on the restaurant was superb( a cafe right next door; a door man; easy to navigate the hallways to the breakfast room and find the elevators; accommodated by making sure the room was nice and cozy. EVERYONE THERE IS SWEET AND AWESOME. This is my favorite hotel so far. Breakfast is included in the room price. Had a nice quiet sleep. Near the train station

This hotel is literally directly in front of the main entrance to the train station; as soon as you step out of the station, you're literally looking at the hotel sign. So really convenient location. It's also therefore right next to a tram stop, and a very short walk from the river. As far as the room goes, it has a bathtub which is nice, but feels a little cramped despite being a suite. The living room and bathroom also smelled faintly of cigarettes, though the bedroom did not. I was only in Zurich one night but if I ever revisit, I'd probably stay here again. Can't beat the location.
