Very clean and easy check in. The guy staff at the reception was respectful. The only problem is that the walls are thin, you can hear people walking and talking from up and other connected rooms. Tram station is a block away.Coop is nearby too

The rooms were clean . The hotel’s location is ideal it has easy access to central Zurich. The Service received was great . The 2 guys who were at the reception whilst I was there were very helpful and friendly. Their names were Aman and Andreas.

The staff here were super friendly and knowledgeable about the area. They had maps to give out and made sure to give us directions. The hotel is also dog friendly which is great when travelling with a dog. The hotel rooms were very clean and the other facilities were too. The only complaint I have is that the beds are very hard.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Very conveniently situated near a tram line that connects you to the main station. Lots of great food options nearby. Unlike other reviews we found it to be quiet. A very small bedroom, bathroom size made toiletting difficult. Only one power point allowed the correct adapters. The taking of a mandatory deposit of CHF50 was a shock. It hasn’t been refunded yet. Overpriced for what you get.
