The location is hard to beat. The hotel is about a block and a half from Zurich HB train station. The staff are very polite, all are always busy working but they remain attentive to guests. I found the breakfast buffet to be quite good. What I would change are the pillows which are not supportive, at all.

Easy check in and out, the room was good size and clean. Great location next to train station but also nice street. Soft bed. Walls were pretty thin, could hear guests on other side of wall.
