The location is great. The room was very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. However I didn't notice when booking how small the single room was as well as the lack of usual amenities like a coffee machine in the room. Overall it was a good stay. The room size was the main surprise given the cost; however it is Zurich

This property is very central and its situated near a major road junction. We were lucky with the weather during our visit and the rooms do jot have AC, therefore we needed to keep the windows open and the traffic noise may keep people up during the night. We managed fine however and enjoy our stay and each room has a fan to help with temperature. It's location is its best feature by far, and the staff were very efficient. I would recommend taking the breakfast if you are on a budget as eating out is expensive in Zurich. You can buy breakfast when booking or at reception at 20chf each. If I was to return to Zurich I would use this hotel again

We just stayed for a night. The hotel was in a perfect spot, very close to the zurich central station and next to the polybahn. Also very close to old town, just few minutes of walking distance. The room was neat and clean, but it was extremely hot in mid-April even with windows open. The receptionist was kind to arrange for a fan on request and we were able to keep our luggage even after checking out and explore the city. Overall great stay!

The staff at this hotel were so kind, helpful, and customer oriented that I have to give them an excellent review. Well, it is not a fancy hotel, the location is wonderful, and there is a restaurant on site with absolutely delicious food. Any issues that I had even contacting my Airline when there was a problem, the staff was ready to help me. I highly recommend this as a central location without an exorbitant cost.
