Updated, very clean, quiet, and spacious hotel with walking distance to restaurants and grocery store. The staff was welcoming and helpful. I booked this hotel as a stop-over while touring Europe and I would stay here again. Thank you for making our vacation stay very restful.

Great place for a family. The room was clear and large. The staff was friendly. The railway next to the hotel, so the noise is too loud when you opened the window.

Our family room was huge and also spacious bathroom, had AC which is rear in Switzerland. Fan was also provided. Nice breakfast offering. 5 minutes close to train station. 8 minutes to eating and grocery shopping which is right on the train station

Very convenient location in Winterthur & just 20 min away from Munich. Quality breakfast & easy parking. Comfortable rooms (if located opposite direction from train stations rails). But refill of the mini bar with water would be much appreciated. I ended up being very thirsty at night especially in summer time.

Alles soweit bestens. Ich hatte ein Zimmer auf der Gebäuderückseite auf die Geleise hinaus. Der Zugverkehr ist doch recht laut und störend, wahrscheinlich sind Zimmer auf der Vorderseite angenehmer.

Hôtel très propre, personnel très accueillant et petit déjeuner avec énormément de choix. Par contre impossible de fermer l’œil avec une chambre qui donnait sur la voie ferrée et des trains marchandises toute la nuit. Nous avions déjà séjourné plusieurs fois dans cet hôtel et c’est la première fois que nous dormons de ce côté et nous sommes vraiment très déçus.

Zimmer war sehr groß und geräumig. Frühstücksbuffet eher mittelmäßig und für ein 4 Sterne Hotel eher etwas enttäuschend. Spa und Fitness ist nur in den höheren Zimmerkategorien inkludiert. Dies ist auf der Expedia Buchungsseite nicht ersichtlich!
