We loved the location. It was an easy train ride to the airport and walkable to Old Town and other landmarks. The front desk is a convenience store - another great perk!

Good stop for a night

Clean, basic room for one night in town before heading to the airport. Very close to the train station. Neighborhood is not kid-friendly but seemed safe enough.

Gasthaus Stay

The hotel, communication, reception and service were good. But horrible was location of the room. It was on the 4th floor and there was no lift. Flying from Minneapolis to Paris and changing 4 trains my wife and I had to carry our luggage since there was no one to help climbing those steep stairs. This was very painful!

Worst hotel ever.

Dirty unsanitary and uncomfortable. Left the hotel and checked out after seeing the room. Did not stay the night because of horrific conditions.

Room was on the fourth floor with no elevator. Very small bathroom. Shower pan measures 3 ft. x 2.5 ft. Very difficult to get in if you are a heavy-set person. Room was missing television. Little attention was given to my complaint. Service desk personnel doubles as store clerk running grocery store on the ground floor. He is too busy. If you choose this hotel, you must be young or have a backpacker mentality.

On a side street where the streets can be confusing, but I did okay. Staff helpful. Reasonably walkable to old beautiful center of Prague, and the castle area across the river. Flat set rate 20 euros for taxi ride to main train station. Great breakfasts. I think parking is limited if you have a car. Less costly than many of the other options.
