Great clean place to stay! The only thing that could possibly make it better would be air conditioning in the rooms. We stayed over on a few unusually warm nights and they had a fan available in the room, but it would have been nice to have A/C instead

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel. It’s minimal but everything is well thought out and super clean. Our room was spacious and comfortable — because we were on the top floor we even had AC! The location was super convenient too, with transit, groceries, and many great restaurants just steps away.

There's no AC and the bathroom gets messy because the curtains do not cover enough. A good point: The lockers are quite convenient if you arrive prior to check-in time. Another good point, is that located quite close to Zurich HB, which makes it easier if you are going to use trains.

Small but very clean. They make it really easy for guest. No receptionist. Close to transportation and museum. They also have a locker for free that you can put your luggage if it is still early for your flight so you can still enjoy Zurich surrounding and eat before you proceed. Accessible and look safe.

Me and my friend, we spent 4 nights at Elisa’s place that was very conveniently located just 5 mins away from the local rail station (on foot). We used trains every day to take us to Interlaken and places worth visiting. The views from the window of the apartment, of the mountains and the lake were wonderful. The apartment was spotless clean and the kitchen had all the things that we needed for cooking our own meals and to feel comfortable. Elisa was very kind, generous and helpful. She even offered us a car lift to the station on the day we were leaving as we had heavy luggage and were carless, for which we were so grateful. Thank you Elisa!

Perfect location for tourists …very close to bus/train stations,restaurants,grocery. The receptionists except for the most senior lady receptionist are very helpful and gracious.I was told that our accommodation was fully paid and that I owe the hotel nothing when we checked in.At checkout, the senior lady receptionist charged us about 37 euros for not using the on line checkout. Didn’t have time to argue with her since the taxi was waiting and I was in pain. Turning over the room key was enough for her.
