Having stayed at Crowne Plazas in other countries, I was pleasantly surprised by this one. I felt a positive vibe. They had a coffee/tea station, water refill, treats, and even popsicles at all times. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff friendly and helpful. Great location with easy access to trams. The pool area/ hot tub very relaxing. Highly recommended!

The “Junior Suites” are amazing! Great casual indoor/outdoor eating directly out the front door and directly down the road from Lake Zürich. We didn’t end up dining at the restaurant that was on-site but the breakfast was first class. Great place… Excellent value!

From check in to check out this hotel is amazing. If your going to an event at Stadion Letzigrund it’s a 5 minute walk which is nice after event not to have wait for public transportation or fight traffic in your car. The breakfast was outstanding. They will make you any kind of omelettes or eggs you like. Plus lots of other good breakfast foods. The pool, hot tub, sauna, and sun deck were relaxing. Would recommend everyone to stay here when in Zurich.

Very pleasant stay. 15mins from the city centre (Bahnhofstrasse) via Tram. Plenty of amenities including a jacuzzi, gym, pool (free to hotel residents), and spa. Breakfast - fresh and hot (had options of soy and lactose-free milk), fresh fruits, scrambled eggs, and a live counter for fresh omelettes. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Although the rooms were not very spacious!
