Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
Rude and only phone assistance is available. The links and html’s sent not functioning. Dirty bathroom, leaking toilet bowl. No towel changing nor cleaning service during 4 nights stay. The staff was rude in the response for the complaints … though the place is conveniently located and quiet. Parking is limited and needs to be reserved in advance but no notice on this is available through expedia app or in the messaging. Bottom line - not qualified to be listed as an « hotel » on the app!

Excellent stay

Check-in was a hiccups but assistance came to the rescue within 10mins. So all are well. The only -points, the lift is not working most of the time & we have to walk up n down thru the staircase which was totally in darkness. Besides that, all is tip-top.

I'm annoyed...because this hotel!!!

This hotel was charged an additional fee by credit card. but... the reason had not been known. 2016.7.31.~8.2.

good apartment

Friendly staff. Good location, close to Weidikon tram and train station, just 1 train station away from Zurich main station. We stayed at the 1 bedroom apartment, the kitchen and toilet are old but very clean and fully equipped. The apartment is in good size, the bedroom is very spacious, the bed & quilt are comfortable. The only problem was the hot water supply, there is no hot water on the first two days. Besides this problem, the apartment is quite perfect for us. I
