The property owner was very friendly and delivered us an air conditioner without us having to ask. He just knew that as Americans we were used to having air conditioning. The family room and gave us plenty of room to spread out after a long train ride.

Centrally located in downtown Zurich, hotel Franziskaner. The room was amazingly clean and it has a kitchenette, stove, fridge, electric kettle that made our stay even more enjoyable since we can cook anything that we wanted to eat. The staff was excellent hands down they were so accommodating and so helpful, special mention to Alli and the amazing lady at the front desk (sorry I forgot her name). I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family if ever they visit Zurich. They even helped us with parking since we rented a car for the 10 days that we were there. Thank you. I will definitely rate this hotel 10/10.

We visited from USA and hands down this hotel would be double or tripple the price in US. Very close to Zurich Airport, clean, premium bedding, good size room and bathroom. Tea and coffee in the room. Free parking!!! Front desk manager was super polite and friendly and he could speak 5 or 6 languages! Highly recommend.

Centra Hotel was a great choice. Mr.Ali is a wonderful host along with his wife. They keep the property so well maintained. You will get bottled water/coffe/tea with kettle. The location is very good with proximity to Zurich downtown and airport. Even if you want to explore germany border towns its close by. Nice hotel and will stay again.

The hotel was fine but not centrally located for tourists as it was 30 minutes by Uber from the city or two modes of public transport. It was also on a surprisingly busy road.
