Very well for an overnight stop before going to the airport help staff. Restaurant right next-door looked to be very good. I would certainly considering it again.

We were impressed by everything about our stay. Breakfast was wonderful, and was continually restocked. The room is a bit small and does get crowded. However, the selection was great and well worth the extra cost. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The best part was being so close to the Zurich airport. It was a short, straight forward trip, with no problem finding our way there. Not to mention there is a bus stop that will take you directly to the airport, right across the road.

We were there for only one night and wished we could’ve stayed longer. Had an upgrade to a suite. It was like an apartment. We were very comfortable. The place could use an update. But otherwise very clean and comfortable.

I found Centra Hotel Zurich online and decided to book it after reading the positive reviews. A week later, I returned and stayed for one more night, which says a lot about how much I enjoyed my first stay. The property is very clean, quiet, and ideal for a good night’s sleep. My room was spacious and had a balcony, and the hotel is conveniently located not far from downtown Zurich. I stayed during unusually hot Swiss evenings in late June 2026, yet the room stayed cool enough for me to sleep very comfortably with the balcony door partly open. The bed was extremely comfortable (I had a double bed) and overall, the stay was excellent. I would gladly give this hotel a 10/10 and would definitely stay here again if I return to Zurich.

The property owner was very friendly and delivered us an air conditioner without us having to ask. He just knew that as Americans we were used to having air conditioning. The family room and gave us plenty of room to spread out after a long train ride.

Centrally located in downtown Zurich, hotel Franziskaner. The room was amazingly clean and it has a kitchenette, stove, fridge, electric kettle that made our stay even more enjoyable since we can cook anything that we wanted to eat. The staff was excellent hands down they were so accommodating and so helpful, special mention to Alli and the amazing lady at the front desk (sorry I forgot her name). I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family if ever they visit Zurich. They even helped us with parking since we rented a car for the 10 days that we were there. Thank you. I will definitely rate this hotel 10/10.
