Arlette is in good condition for the price. Is Ok ! One important problem,,,,NO BREAKFAST. They send you to a cafeteria close, outside the hotel. Thinking the hotel have to bring you a NORMAL BREAKFAST. But, in spite of that, is good to be there. Having reception from 08:00 to 20:00 but you're able to open the front door to come into your room.

It is cozy small hotel 3 min walking distance from main trans station. Everything was perfect : staff, location, clean, service! Next door cafe - for breakfast. Good condition, Otis small elevator was good. Price is reasonable. I will recommend this for my friends and other tourists.

It's just a 3-minute walk from the main train station, with a large supermarket, coffee shops, and the old town all close by. Getting to the airport by public transport is easy too. The room is very basic but perfectly clean. It could use some modernisation, but nothing that affects a short stay. There's a small lift, which is handy with luggage. Reception is only open 8am to 8pm, so keep your room key with you. The TV has decent English-language channels with all the major news stations.

Incredibly friendly reception and housekeeping staff, super clean rooms, charming older hotel but so well located and again, hospitality at its best. And lovely bakery just downstairs next to the hotel - morning coffees and Gipfelis guaranteed ;)

Reception/concierge was kind, clear and helpful ( accommodated our early arrival, gave good directions to train station and checked train schedules to inform us ) It has shortcut to the Zurich train station. Also near the city center with many small shops along the way. It has an elevator ! Timely laundry service. Only not too many plug for charging. No kettle to boil water though. We did not get breakfast here but there was a nice breakfast place right beside it. Food in Switzerland is expensive.

They had no dining facilities but are conveniently located between a bakery & restaurant. As a first time visitor to Switzerland, I was pleased by it's convenient location. Even though they do not have 24 hour staffing it was easy to get in during those unmanned hours and the hotel felt very safe. The room was smaller than I expected, but certainly met my needs as a solo traveler. Would recommend

Staff we well informed and helpful, went above the call of duty. A goldmine on local knowledge and events. Breakfast was an event taken alongside local passers by on their way to work. Individual service, felt like one of the family, Inside amazingly clean despite busy district, much traffic and footfall. Nicely furnished and well stocked with necessities. We'll priced and better in most ways than other much more expensive places we stayed at. So convenient for train, tram (start early in the morning!)and bus travel, especially on arrival and departure through the main station. Which itself was rather confusing and somewhat devoid of assistance points. Would most certainly return.
