It is cozy small hotel 3 min walking distance from main trans station. Everything was perfect : staff, location, clean, service! Next door cafe - for breakfast. Good condition, Otis small elevator was good. Price is reasonable. I will recommend this for my friends and other tourists.

They had no dining facilities but are conveniently located between a bakery & restaurant. As a first time visitor to Switzerland, I was pleased by it's convenient location. Even though they do not have 24 hour staffing it was easy to get in during those unmanned hours and the hotel felt very safe. The room was smaller than I expected, but certainly met my needs as a solo traveler. Would recommend

Great location minutes from the train station and the Old Town on foot. Helpful service from the front desk. Sadly, we did not get the chance to try their breakfast with the kitchen undergoing work. The place next door they asked us to use instead only rated ok. Otherwise a great place to stay in Zurich at a very decent price.

Our room was very clean and well maintained. Although small - as are most European hotel rooms - the design was very good. We were thankful that the room had a shower stall and not a bathtub since I am mobility challenged. The bathroom was small as well but, again, well designed. Our room also had air conditioning which is often not available in hotels in or near the Old Town area due to covenants.

Service was excellent, both friendly and accurate. The hotel is very well located especially if you are traveling by rail. As you would expect, the rooms are on the smaller size and slightly dated, but perfectly fine for a 2 to 3 night stay.
