The hotel construction is very stylish. The front desk people are very nice and helpful. We were upgraded to a premium room. Rooms are very nice and comfortable. Other amenities such as spa and sauna are also very good. Great options in breakfast. Walking from the train station. Would highly recommend.

This hotel is right on Altstetten train station. It provides quick and easy access to Old town and the airport. The rooms were spacious, clean and modern. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom, although on the tighter side was well designed to maximize space. It was clean and modern. The shower had good water pressure. I had a car rental. I decided to return it and use the train for access to different sites as it was cheaper and faster than keeping the car.

The property was clean, new hotel so the amenities were good. The property is located in a very quiet area more on the commercial side but not far from the train station, the tram and bus. 1 or 2 stops by the train from Zurich HB depending on which one you take, or a 1/2 hr tram ride depending on your preferences. Don’t get despondent when you get there, location will work for you. A phone in the room to contact front desk, a safe to store your valuables would be nice. Buffet breakfast is good you can buy dinner if you so please.

Price comfort ratio to high

High room prices for weak noise protection. Trains can be heart all da and night. Service team bar very slow and seems overloaded. Young team... welcome to the new slow generation. Good is: No tip needed to give to them.

the hotel rooms are right across offices so it’s limited to privacy and the hotel is limited to facilities such as kettle , no fridge , barely anything it just was not a pleasant stay and there’s no room service and we wasn’t offered any clean towels

The Aja is a beautiful hotel and the staff is very friendly, but my last visit was very uncomfortable at night. My husband and I would both wake up sweating and adjusting the thermostat didn’t help. The vents were very dirty and we found particles all over the desk and our things. Also, the towels are very small and non-absorbent

思っていたよりもお部屋がかなり広くくつろげました。バス・トイレも広くて清潔でした。 電気ケトルが着いていたのもよかったです。 また、窓からチューリッヒ国際空港が見えてとても景色がよかったです。 ただ部屋の鍵のオートロックが壊れていたのか、私たちのやり方が間違っていたのか、何度試しても閉めることが出来ず、外出時は不安でした。

En todo hotel te colocan 1 botella con agua para cada huésped, aquí no fue el caso y en una de las 3 hab que reservé y pagué no tenía todo lo que indicaba en el detalle de las habitaciones (sin closet, sin los productos necesarios de aseo) Lo que sí puedo decir que es 5 estrellas, el desayuno completo, rico y variado.

It was a fine stay. New and comfortable rooms, nice bed. From the negatives: next to train way so there is noise until late night and from early morning, staff in the bar in the evening seemed to be overwhelmed and overworked despite only few customers - we had to wait at least 30 min just to get an order
