“Es un hostel sin vestíbulo, está a la entrada de un bar. La sensación es muy decepcionante. El apartamento era muy amplio pero visto de cerca no se veía limpio ni cuidado. La sensación no era de limpieza.”

“I had a great stay as a solo traveler. I did a single room and had use of the shared kitchen, which was perfect for my needs. The room was basic but clean and quiet. I really liked the location where I could walk to town and get groceries, and catch the bus to Stoos Ridge, and the bus+train to other locations. It's also a good location for going on morning runs.”

“I ended up here by happy accident! My booked hotel didn't have my reservation, so last minute I traveled late into Lucerne and stayed here. Turned out to be such a wonderful place! Clean, gorgeous view, great location, wonderful host, and some really lovely other travellers staying there. 5 stars all around. Thank you for letting me stay!”

“私はツインルーム(朝食付き)で予約をしましたが、チェックインでは全く違うものでした。 まず、当日案内されたのはドミトリールームでした、私達はカップルでしたし、ほかに女性の方もいたので、ツインルームの部屋にするように要求したところ、それにはアップグレードになるので追加料金が必要だと言われました、しかし予約はツインルームだし、女性の方とは同じ部屋には宿泊出来ないからと言って、支払いを拒否してツインルームに入りました。 そして、予約が朝食付きにもかかわらず、朝食代を請求されました、スタッフには何度も朝食付きの予約だと話しましたが、聞き入れてもらえませんでした。 Expediaに電話をして、予約がツインルームの朝食付きであることを確認出来たので、ホテルに連絡してもらおうとしましたが、フロントの営業時間が時間外のために明日の8時まで待って欲しいと言われましたが、明日は8時には出発するので、間に合いません、ホテルでの朝食はあきらめました。 スイス最後の夜でしたが最悪です、スイス旅行も台無しです。”
