Room very clean..hot water for shower only tepid . .no plug for wash basin so lots of wasted water when shaving etc ...and worst of all the room safe not screwed into the wall .. anyone could easily walk out of the hotel with our passport and valubles breakfast first class with very hard working and attentive staff

A lot for the cost

A really nice hotel, especiallyy for Tumbes. It is centrally located, has a parking garage, is attached to a mall, a really nice complementary breakfast, outdoor pool and bar area, and the suites are nice for the price.

Really nice staff. I was there in January 2025 and unfortunately came down with flu. I had to stay an extra 4 days and there was no problem extending. I needed plain food and room service and the staff were lovely. They would even go fill up my water bottle for me. Cristian was particularly nice. Breakfast was delicious and I had a few other good meals too. I liked how the hotel was linked to the shopping mall. Made visiting the farmacia and other necessary shops really easy.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel, from the moment we checked in they were super polite and friendly, very courteous. Miss Karla and Mr. Arnulfo were very accommodating and welcoming. Mr. David at the bell stand super helpful. We experienced their breakfast at the restaurant and was delicious, they had lots of different options and it was a great atmosphere, Marisela and Maria were the best and always very attentive to my 3yo daughter needs❤️ I usually don’t write reviews because I either forget or don’t have time but I really felt compelled because of their outstanding service. Thank you Costa del Sol Tumbes and Cynthia for showing what you do best!
