Vacations Close To Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens

We enjoyed riding bikes at the property. We like riding tandem bikes but they do not stock them.

Nice clean accommodations. Great location. F=Courteous and helpful staff.

We were given Excellent rooms and even though it is an older hotel it was well maintained. Only thing that wasn’t good was the coffee in the office and the pastries

The furniture was old, and the mattress on the sofa bed was just a spring. Had to sleep on a blanket to get a little cushion. Requested to be moved to another room, and there was a large roach in the bathroom.

Julie is amazing, so welcoming! She was so informative and delightful. All of the staff were kind and helpful. The breakfast was very good, fresh and great selection. Becky, the bartender, was fun and made good drinks. Ernie was so helpful,with a smile! We really enjoyed the historical aspect. The outdoor spaces were very enjoyable. The location was great, we could walk all over the downtown. Very enjoyable stay.
