The hotel‘s beakfast was one of the best ever. From house made strawberry or mango jam up to a fantastic offer in fish up to even Eierlikör. Super service. I recommend.

In der Zeit stecken geblieben

Mehr Schein als sein. Frühstück ab 07:30 Uhr, Zimmer abgenutzt und verwohnt, Frühstück entspricht 3 Sterne Klasse, CheckIn ... mangelhaft. Erst möglich ab 15Uhr. Da wir bereits um 09:00 vor Ort waren wurden Koffer an der Rezeption deponiert, wo sie um 15 Uhr noch immer (unbeaufsichtigt und frei zugänglich) standen. Ich hätte erwartet, dass das Gepäck wenigstens ins Zimmer gebracht worden wäre, wenn man es schon nicht beaufsichtigt. Perso musste zwingend vorgezeigt werden. alles andere wurde nicht akzeptiert. Und dann wurden die Ausweisdokumente OHNE Genehmigung oder Frage kopiert. Sorry, aber dieses Haus muss man wirklich nicht haben. Unter 5 Sternen verstehe ich etwas ganz anderes. Fast vergessen: Es wurde kostenlose Abholung vom Bahnhof angeboten. Diese kostenlose Abholung sollte ich dann bei Abreise bezahlen. Was nach Protest zurück genommen wurde.

Schönes altes Hotel an bester Lage

Das Hotel ist sehr geräumig und gemütlich aber schon in die Jahre gekommen. Zimmer sind sehr gross und gemütlich und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im Restaurant gibt es leider nur 1 Menü abends aber das Frühstück ist toll. Schöne Terrasse und super Lage.

Der 3-tägige Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Es herrscht eine angenehm ruhige Atmosphäre. Frühstücksraum und Restaurant haben einen hellen Wintergartencharakter. Das Frühstücksbüfett ist hervorragend. Die Küche des Restaurants ist sehr geschmackvoll. Nachteil des Hotel ist, dass sich die Rezeption in der 2. Etage befindet und die Koffer bis dort die Treppe hoch getragen werden müssen.

Es war ein sehr angenehmer und erholsamer Auffenthalt im Usedom Palace Hotel. Der Service und das Personal waren einzigartig. Die Lage des Hotels super zentral. Das leckere Frühstück haben wir täglich genossen.

Leider war die Sauna nicht in Betrieb ( als Grund wurde mir die Abstandsregelung genannt?!) Die Temperatur des Schwimmbades war auch zu niedrig. Sehr ärgerlich für ein 5 Sterne Haus! Das Frühstück war ok, jedoch der Service aber trotz ausreichend Personal etwas schleppend.

Das Usedom Palace ist ein Hotel das den Charme der Usedomer Bäderarchitektur auferstehen lässt. Auch die Inneneinrichtung spiegelt dies wider. Sie ist zudem praktisch und zweckmäßig. Zu erwähnen ist auf alle Fälle noch der überaus freundliche Service aller Mitarbeiter des Hauses.

Licht und Schatten! Top Lage, nahe der Seebrücke im Zentrum, besser geht es kaum. Renovierungsbedürftiges Zimmer erhalten (Tapete löste sich aufgrund Feuchtigkeit), Spinnweben über den Heizkörpern, Hygiene könnte auch besser sein (fremde Haare im frischen Handtuch gefunden). Frühstück war okay, Bedienung teilweise überfordert. Keine 5 Sterne

Gut gefallen hat mir die Einrichtung mit den antiken Möbeln sowie das sehr freundliche Personal. Sehr gut gelungen fand ich auch die Regelung zum frühstücken wegen der Pandemie. Man konnte jeden Abend auf einem Bestellzettel sein Frühstück durch ankreuzen aus dem sehr umfangreichen Angebot einzeln zusammenstellen.

Die 5 Sterne erhält unserer Meinung nach das Hotel für die Toplage. Man hat versucht, den derzeit schwierigen Bedingungen durch Corona gerecht zu werden. Für das Frühstück ist am Vorabend ein Zettel pro Zimmer auszufüllen, was sehr ungünstig ist . In anderen Hotels wird man vom Buffet bedient, dadurch ist es dann auch eine eigene Wahl an Menge und Auswahl. Kleinigkeiten im Zimmer funktionieren nicht, z.B. konnte der Treteimer nur per Hand geöffnet werden. Schlecht in Corona Zeiten. Aus dem gefüllten Duschgelspender kam quasi nichts raus.

Sehr gute Lage, schönes Haus, leider ***Frühstück

Das Palace wirkt wie ein kleines Schloss und liegt ideal an der Promenade. EIngezäunter Parkplatz, kurze Wege und baulich alles in sehr gutem Zustand. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ebenso fanden wir das Schwimmbad in der unteren Etage als sehr angenehm. Bis hier würde ich dem Haus 4 Sterne geben. Ärgerlich war, dass an alles Tagen Sauna und Dampfsauna (zumindest um 16:00 Uhr) abgeschaltet waren. Nach einer langen Wanderung am Strand wäre ein Saunagang sehr hilfreich. Saunatüren und Betriebsraum waren offen, es sah irgendwie alles nicht betriebsbereit aus.
