五星級酒店給我還有點距離，吸煙房煙味太濃要自己解決問題，冷水水質無問題熱水有黃水，被單有點血點漬，前台服務一般，早餐品質一般沒太大驚喜員工服務算是不錯，大門口詢問處員工不専業未能為住客解決問題鄦內性，大至上是我這次感受

聖誕去澳門玩,由於比較遲預定酒店已經好full,所以選擇了呢間酒店,關口5分鐘路程,十分方便,價錢亦比較相宜,只是自助早餐人比較多以及凍飲只有極甜的果汁比較不合口味

房間內的燈不能熄滅，令到成間房好光，不能入睡，我發覺係之前修理過，修理後就沒有完善嘅檢查，就用來出租。令到我要投訴半夜換房，這樣高價錢的高級房真是不值。

Charming Hotel Best Gongbei hotel

Had a delightful stay at Charming hotel Zhuhai. Ideal location right across the Gongbei border -- 3 minute walk from the border exit. The closest hotel to the border exit with the best in class Western options in the area. Super view from the room of the border and convenient to many things in the Gongbei area including the train station.

I didn’t spend a lot of time in the neighborhood but I think it’s pretty safe. We booked the room with hk- Zhuhai-Macau bridge view. Although you can only see half the bridge because there were 2 tall buildings by the waterfront blocking the view, it was still nice. Breakfast is the best with all the Asian and western food selection.

泳池如果能提供暖水供泳客暢泳那便更好了. 其實泳池最淺水的地方仍有1.3米的確是深了些. 對於不懂水性的住客來是不太方便的.泳池邊也沒有足夠的椅子給住客休息或坐下欣賞風景.

소음문제가 있슴

위치상으로는 제일 좋음. 다만 전면유리창이다 보니 아래층에서 떠드는 소리가 방음이 전혀안되었슴. 창문을 타고 소리가 올라옴 그외는 만족했슴. 3층 마사지,2층 부페식당등 부대시설은 만족함
