Hiyet Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way, location was excellent, we could walk to  pedestrian only zone, shopping mall, and lots of restaurants. Service was unparalleled, staff went out of their ways to help us. I would go back again without a doubt.

酒店的位置近江畔和近大公園環境良好，環境優雅適合旅遊渡假。

酒店前台職員服務水平良好，但可能網站和酒店上的溝通出現問題，所以使我今次的住宿經驗發生不愉快和不安的事件，這樣是大打拆扣的評價!房間設計和舒適度幾好，一般基本設施齊全，但浴室的去水位不足使每次沐浴后有渗水的情況，使地下濕滑和欠衛生和欠通風，這些一定要改善。酒店提供的自助素食早餐幾好，健康有新意!

Good hotel.

Although the hotel is a little bit old but the service is heart touching. The staff were kind and helpful. The location was good and there were plenty of restaurants nearby.

Nice hotel

Excellent Front Desk and housekeeping staff. They went all the way to help. The breakfast was vegetarian and nice, with many choices. Near the river and the promenade is very scenic. Can walk to nearby shopping areas.

Good priced room close to shopping area

Definitely not a 5-stars hotel, 3.5-star at most. Small dinning breakfast area for too many people. Right next to the river and has a very nice view. Room is clean but room temperature is preset at 23.5 degree C, you can't do anything. Plenty restaurants closed by and a busy shopping street within a walking distance. Very good priced room.

Generally, the hotel environment and services are good. The location of the hotel is quite nice and convenient since it’s next to the river and not quite far away from the downtown. The staff is so considerable, helpful and polite.

酒店整体都不錯，前台服務都好有礼，但還末到五星酒店水準。但值得一讚就是房清潔姐姐，好细心知道我们晚上吃cup noodle ，便為我们送上玫瑰花茶， 真的好窝心。 前台服務也很好， 但是酒店的設施， 什么都没有，还没到五星酒店的水平。其实属于三星的酒店， 我们定的是两间房， 但是他们说不能安排的同一个樓層， 一个房间安排在十一楼， 另外一个安排在十三楼，如果要安排楼同一个要層就有加钱。因此我感到不高兴。 下次安排旅行我不会選擇這酒，自助早餐品種也很小。

Nice view but need improvement

The view of the hotel is definitely top 3 in ZhongShan though it needs a big renovation to keep the competitiveness among those international hotels. Besides, the service level in there was not consistent, some of their staff are really nice and friendly but some are rude and not knowledgeable. I hope they could solve the above issue.
