The hotel is in a great location. Easy access to the airport and train station. It is a five minute walk to the Tianmen Mountain ticket office and cableway. The hotel was very nice, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful. I will stay here again when I return to Zhangjiajie.

We, three adults stayed at a family suite. The room is huge. It has two separate toilets and two wash basin. Layout style of the room is not in trend but it managed to give a cosy stay. Location is a plus. Everything is within reachable distance.

Helpful, pleasant staff and a great location

I stayed for two nights on a solo trip through China and received truly excellent service from Zhu Shuangqin and the team - they truly went above and beyond to help me arrange a trip to a neighbouring town. The hotel was very nice and very well located too. I would recommend staying here if taking a trip to Zhangjiajie.

It is a five star hotel but must have gained its reputation decades ago. One can clearly see its glorious days. Very convenient location for taking the cablecar to Tianmen Mountain but facilities are a bit out of fasion and need a renovation

Shower drain was a little slow. Room was overall clean and well maintained. Room key lock mechanism failed on 2nd day of 3 night stay. But the problem was fixed fairly quickly. The location was good. We were pleased overall.

Outdated hotel everything needs an upgrade and make over. I was charged 50 Chinese dollars because I left a key in the room. The restaurant was decent but pricey for the food we were served. The one nice thing about the hotel was that it was close to the Tianmen mountain ticket agency.

My room is big with 1/3 of space is for the bathroom. The lighting condition is really poor in the bathroom. My wife needs to make sure but she can barely see anything. The mirror area has two lights each about 6 cm, each with 3 LEDs so it’s really dark there. The gym is pathetic with a few pieces of old equipments. No smoking is not enforced so people smoke right in front of the no smoking sign by the elevators. Breakfast has the same boring stuffs
