Room was adequate and clean. I liked the location 10 minutes walk to South Gate or SW gate can’t remember but a main entrance to two parks I visited in the Wullingyang area. Close to the town area with lots of local restaurants around. They also offered to pick me up from Zhangjiajie train station complimentary. I enjoyed coffee and early sun on the roof deck with the resident cat.

The location is great and the staff are outstanding. We were met upon arrival by a complimentary pickup from the airport ( or train station) and greeted at the door by Peter the friendly hotel dog. John is the English speaking staff who can help non Chinese speakers and he was beyond wonderful. Thank you so so much for all your help. There’s a wide range of food for the buffet breakfast ( included) and there’s also easy laundry facilities. There’s a beautiful roof top deck with resident cats and kittens - very very friendly and sweet. It was great to be close to the eastern entrance to the park. It was a short but lovely stay. We highly recommend this hotel.
