There are much better places to stay nearby

It is a nice place (design) but cleaning/maintenance needs some improvement. Customer service is great but the boss is one of these persons on Earth who thinks that the rest of us don't know where we are: I booked the most expensive room and when I got there it was not available. She called me to inform me that they upgraded my room but in reality they put me in the cheapest.
