“We had a wonderful stay in the ground-floor studio at Ballas Apartments. The courtyard is amazing, and the views looking across Agia Effimia harbour are absolutely incredible. ​Stavros was an exceptional, genuinely helpful host who went above and beyond at all times to ensure we had the best holiday. Location-wise, it’s ideal—we easily drove to Assos and Fiskardo in around 40 minutes. The drive from the airport is straightforward, but a hire car is essential for exploring. “The location was so calm and peaceful. Lovely short walk to the local beach with sunbeds etc. Lovely Greek taverna near the beach as well. Pool amazing 70 m long. Breakfast was delicious. Staff very helpful. Room clean but could have been better cleaned daily - didn’t complain though. Gym adequate but only 1 treadmill that was in demand.”
