We really enjoyed staying at the Hostel in Zermatt. Friendly and efficient staff. Wonderful views from our spacious and airy room (in a new building adjacent to main building.) Tasty and ample cold breakfast buffet.

Great stay in a beautiful place.

My family of four stayed here in a 4 bed bunk room with bathroom. Worked fine for us for two nights. Pretty quiet and functional. Easy access from the Main Street. Staff were very helpful. Cold Breakfast was good. View of the Matterhorn was excellent.

water not available due to broken tap when we want to drink…only water in a jar..but by the time we want to refill ,the water has run out.Even when we want to take hot water late at night…the jar is empty. The chef on the day of arrival is not people friendly..giving us a stare when we boiled water in a kettle and when we wanted to eat noodle in a cup.Overall rating its ok,but this might not be in our list to stay anymore.

The only down side (and a big one) is the staff. They seem to hate what they are doing as a job. The front counter man gave me a lecture about how I needed to change the past in order to make it so he didn't need to stay over his shift. Dude, it's the nature of that job so... make a decision and figure out if you are really a good fit for this type of job. The check in girl had no personality at all. Where are you finding these people? I've been in hostels in 31 countries and this staff was incredibly disappointing. Other than the really crappy staff they seem to hire, it was clean, had a great breakfast and a fantastic view of the Matterhorn. It's just funny how all that stuff seems so unimportant when you're being treated like garbage.

+ The Matterhorn is visible right from the room window, but you’ll get an even better view from the street. - Not recommended for guests with luggage. Kitchen staff were rude. understand this is a hostel, but there are much ways they can do better.

체르마트에서 깔끔하게 이용가능한 도미토리 유스호스텔입니다. 체르마트역에서 걸어올라가는게 부담이 될 수 있지만 마테호른이 보이는 위치라는게 매력적입니다. 조식포함으로 아침을 먹을수있는게 좋았습니다. 조식은 일반적인 유럽 아침식사가 나옵니다. 온라인체크인을 하면 빠르게 입실가능합니다. 늦은체크아웃이나 침구정리 등 벌금규정이 있는것같으니 위반하지않게 잘 체크하는것이 좋겠습니다.
