Matterhorn didn’t disappoint

Fantastic service with the staff we were very happy with the room. Wished we would have brought our swimming suits to take advantage of the sauna and hot tub. The restaurant was good. Would stay here again and we weren’t even here to ski, charming town!

The hotel itself was amazing — beautifully designed, with a cozy and comfortable room that we really enjoyed. The staff were welcoming and we appreciated the atmosphere. The only downside was that our room was located directly above the bar. Every night during our stay, people were partying until around 4:30–5:00 am, which made it quite loud and unfortunately meant we didn’t sleep very well. Overall, it’s a lovely hotel and we enjoyed many aspects of our stay, but I would recommend requesting a room away from the bar if you are looking for a quieter experience.

Great stay, location is wonderful right in the center of everything. Didn’t care for the breakfast however the complimentary upgrade made up for it. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Thanks for making our time in Zermatt enjoyable

This hotel is a gem! We LOVED it! Great location everything is around it. It looks small but it has many amenities and restaurants and spa inside it. They pick you up from the train station and room is GORGEOUS. Excelente hotel.

Trendy boutique hotel with great staff. Location is 5 min from the train station and they pick you up in an electric taxi. The staff was lovely. The spa was nice. However the hotel was very noisy at night with people smoking/chatting outside on the street late into the night. The noise carries Into the rooms so pack some earplugs.

We stayed at several different hotels throughout Switzerland and this one was our favorite!!! Cozy, clean, and in the middle of everything. It checks all the boxes for an amazing stay. If you like dancing, the bar/club located at the basement level of this establishment stays open till 4/5am and the bartenders are super friendly. For those worried about the noise level, I stayed on the 3rd floor and couldn’t hear anything at all. Oh and don’t forget to bring swim shorts/attire to enjoy the spa. Enjoy

Really nice hotel in the heart of Zermatt. We were able to walk to property from train station. The staff was professional and efficient. We stayed in a room facing the street and the noise from the bars was overwhelming. Had a hard time sleeping due to the noise. I would definitely request a room in the back next time. Bed was super comfortable though.
