A perfect, reasonably priced hotel right in the middle of town. A hearty breakfast and a rooftop terrace that looks right at the Matterhorn made our three day stay amazing. The great staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

This our second stay here, we like the roof top patio as the main reason we stay here, we like to sit outside during the day and late evenings, there are chairs and patio furniture and if the weather is cooperating you can see matterhorn from the rooftop. Breakfast was plentiful with boiled eggs, yogurt,cheeses and assortment of bread and sliced ham, salami and fruit and vegetables. Rooms were small but expected we opted for no room cleaning to get a free drink the next day, new towels received when requested. Easy location to walk to from the train station and gondola up the mountain. Front desk were great, check in easy and we would return again.

Le Petit Charme Inn is a comparatively affordable option if you want to stay in Zermatt. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I felt truly appreciated and welcome. The building is a little old (with the smallest elevator I have ever ridden in), but it is well maintained.

Lovely hotel. The gentleman who checked us in and took care of the desk in the evenings was fantastic - he was funny, attentive, and paid attention to all the little details. Best stop in our 2 week journey through Italy and Switzerland.

Highly recommend this nice little hotel. The staff are amazing and very welcoming. The location is great, near everything but stop very quiet (apart from some construction nearby during our visit). The view of the Matterhorn from the rooftop terrace is magical.

Very small room. Nice location. Hotel advertises free breakfast but we were yelled at by staff when we tried to take a banana to go for our hike. The woman screamed at my mother and I in front of the entire dining room when she saw me reach for the banana. Beds were terrible and very hard. Would not recommend.

10 minutes walk to station and close to restaurants & shops. Room was fairly small. Bed linen & bathroom were clean but bedroom furniture needed a dust. Reception not manned after 8pm. This meant one night I felt that I was put in awkward position when I arrived back later in evening to find new arrivals waiting on doorstep who wanted me to let them into building, but I was unsure if I should.
