We picked this hotel because of its central location- we skied in/out at all three locations easily enough. Room was very clean, the view of the Matterhorn was impressive! Their included daily breakfast was delicious, and had many options. The staff was very pleasant- we would stay here again!

Hotel was centrally located in heart of Zermatt, Yet quiet Loved that hotel accommodated us on our last night. We were in town for one evening to get a jump start to the top of Gornergrat. It was the perfect location. We had the most stunning view from our balcony. The bed was great. The bathroom was delightful and very clean. Loved everything about this charming hotel and town. Highly recommend.

Great location- about an 8-10 minute walk to the Main Street, main train station and the Gornergrat station. About a 15 minute walk to the Matterhorn Glacier Paradise gondolas. The hotel has great views of the Matterhorn and right at the river walk. I highly recommend this hotel.
