This was nicest little chalet hotel with an amazing view of the Matterhorn. The breakfast was amazing, the staff were helpful with recommendations and they even have a little shuttle to take you to the train station! I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Hotel Bristol is a comfortable hotel in the heart of Zermatt, about a 10 or 15 minute walk from the train station but they do offer a shuttle service. Fabulous location with stunning views of the Matterhorn. Very convenient for getting gondolas up the mountains if you’re going hiking. Fantastic breakfast buffet in the morning.

ツェルマットに着いて2日目の早朝オレンジ色に染めたマッターホルンをホテルブリストルの部屋から眺めた時の感動はきっと一生忘れることのできないでしょう！真下にある日本人橋にはすごい数の人々が溢れ、皆感動でしばらく写真を撮ったりと感動に包まれていました。お部屋から感動のマッターホルンの姿を見れたことはとても幸せな事でした。また、朝食は新鮮で美味しかおすすめの一つであります。スイスの中でもツェルマットは特別だなーと思っております。ホテルのスタッフもいつも感じ良くブリストルが人気なのはよく分かりました。

I would highly recommend this hotel. Conveniently located and 10mins walk from train station and shopping area and restaurants. We had a great view of the Matterhorn from our bedroom. Thank you Bristol Hotel for that.
