This Hotel is owned by the 5 Star Grand Hotel Zermatterhof and you have access to their facility at a cost. The Alpina does not have a Front Desk, so you must go to the 4 Star Hotel Tannenhof for Check In and such. Nice Affordable Hotel.

Amazing stay! Hotel team was very receptive and helped in everything even prior arriving. The room was very cozy and comfortable and the hotel was closer from everything.
