The hotel was such a welcome oasis coming off a week on the Haute Route. The spa is comprehensive and relaxing, the rooms are quiet and the beds are super comfortable. The pool and family area of the spa can be a bit crowded, but late in the day everything quiets down. I love that they provide a tote and daypack for small adventures in town or bigger ones in the mountains. I would stay here again!

Top notch hotel in central Zermatt. Includes transfers to and from the station, which is something we didn’t appreciate until we left. That said, it’s only a 10 mins walk. We had the Alpine Chic room, which was just lovely - with a view of Matterhorn from the balcony. Wish we could have stayed longer. The best hotel so far on our travels across Switzerland.
