This stay was one of the best experiences I've had at many hotels in the last 30 years. The room was well kept clean and quiet. All staffs were very friendly and helpful. This was my first travel to Switzerland Alps area and noticed all villages had numerous flies flying around. But this hotel seemed making efforts to reduce their exposures to guests.

Fabulous stay in Zermatt!! Everything was handled so well at this hotel! We were met at the train by Carlos who took care of everything! Check in was wonderful. The front desk staff were so personable and professional. Room was spacious; amenities well provided. Breakfast is very good. Piano player is such a nice addition. View of the Matterhorn while we ate. Singer in the bar in the afternoon is very good. Ate in the bar and Say Cheese. Very good staff and food. Easy to walk to countless other restaurants and stores. This is a fabulous hotel. Worth every penny. Would come back to Zermatt just to stay here!! Thank you for a great experience!

Rooms were beautiful, staff was beyond responsive to every need. They meet you at the train station and transfer to the hotel. Spa amenities were fabulous. Breakfast is served in the most beautiful room with a glass ceiling and incredible views. Won’t stay anywhere else in Zermatt!!
