Laura was very accommodating with assisting us getting to the hotel as our flight didn’t get into Geneva till 8pm and there was a three hour train ride to get to Zermatt. She arrange our taxi and everything went so smooth. Thank you Laura. Overall great stay and the food was lovely.

Amazing, but…

Amazing Hotel, but gets a 4-star for not having sound proof doors to the rooms, so you can even hear a pin drop outside. Very annoying waking up to sounds and noice during the night and day, in such an otherwise magic hotel.

Enjoyed our stay here as it was central to downtown Zermatt. The breakfast buffet included was nice and so was the spa access inclusion for guests. The room, was ok. Beds were comfortable. The complaint is in the layout of the room - it’s small and there is no privacy from the bathroom to the bedroom which makes it uncomfortable if you’re staying with others. The patios are very close to one another and that also makes it very uncomfortable if you have people who smoke staying next to you. The deck outside of our room felt unsafe to be on, it definitely needs to be repaired before someone gets hurt and the room air conditioning was the worst I’ve experienced for the price I payed for the hotel. Otherwise - staff were great, super kind.

The staff were outstanding, attentive, and genuinely committed to ensuring our comfort. The culinary offerings were equally impressive, with a made-to-order breakfast that featured fresh, delicious options tailored to our preferences. They have a fantastic spa too which we did not have time to visit but it looked truly exceptional. Ausser in der ersten Nacht, kam Wasser vom unserem Duschabfluss hoch, bis zum Zimmer und stank. Wurde dann am nächsten Tag morgens behoben. Leider ist in der Nacht niemand im Hotel. Das war für uns etwas beängstigend. Abends um 23.00 Uhr kam zum ersten Mal Wasser, wir schliefen schon) und später nochmals. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Absolutely lovely stay in the family suite. The staff stored our luggage for us, when we arrived earlier than expected. The welcome tea was a wonderful surprise, and the breakfast was great. the room was beautiful, and very clean. My kids loved the use of the hot tub and cold plunge. Easily walkable from the train station, and great location downtown!! Would absolutely come back!
