Excellent stay for my family in Zermatt. Location was perfect. The Spa was a huge highlight. The whole family loved it and it was quite unique and special with views of the Matterhorn. What a wonderful place to relax after long travels and hikes. Beautiful property. Would love to stay again. And the breakfast was very good!!

This was such a wonderful hotel with a truly unique room. We felt surrounded by windows, allowing us to fall asleep under the stars, with a moon-shadowed Matterhorn outside, and wake up to breathtaking views. The staff was incredibly helpful and eager to assist us. It was a special birthday celebration for my daughter, and they thoughtfully had a “Happy Birthday” sign and balloons waiting for her when we arrived. The room was beautifully decorated, making it even more memorable. We can't wait to stay here again!

I loved this property. They are centrally located in the middle of town. Close to train station (but their shuttle will come get you) and between the two lift locations. I walked each day to the lifts but there is a town shuttle however the walk was beautiful and just as quick. Each evening I enjoyed the onsite hotel tub and spa amenities. There is a wonderful breakfast that is the cherry on top for this property.

A few seconds walk from Zermatt train station. We stayed in the Stars Suite for two nights. I cannot think of one negative thing that anyone could say about this hotel, the spa or the staff. The welcome was so wonderful, the apartment was top drawer, the spa (day 5 and day 7 were my favourites) is an experience to really indulge in. The view of the Matterhorn…!! Breakfast is even better than you can imagine. Then on your doorstep are many many fabulous bars, restaurants, boutique shops and stores. No cars, no trucks only yodelling electric tuk tuks! Absolute bliss.
