Excellent hotel in Zermatt, would highly recommend

Overall this was an excellent hotel, with special mention to the highly competent staff and owners. We found them to be personable and helpful, which isn't always the case in Zermatt. Nice balcony, quality breakfast and exceptional large wellness centre. This would be our preferred location if staying in a hotel in Zermatt.

Perfect stay

Unbelievable hotel I would stay here every time the owner. Is very friendly and knowledgeable, and the rooms are very clean and quiet.Easy walk from the train station may be ten minutes

My husband and I loved our stay at Aristella, the staff was very very helpful. We enjoyed using the SPA, everything was clean and the breakfast was great! We would go there again if we visit Zermatt again.

I was here for a five-day ski trip, really great hotel to stay. Zermatt is a costly place, and this hotel a great choice if you want to find a cost the value of the money. It’s comfortable, clean and spacious. Location of the hotel is very convenient. Not a long walk from the train station. A little bit stairs for the shortcut, comparing to other hotels on the hill top, it’s not a big deal. In addition, not far away from the gondola and town center. I love getting little chocolate treat everyday from the cleaning team.

One of my friends and I planned a ski trip to Zermatt and stayed at the Aristella. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. A great assortment and the best scrambled eggs I've ever had! The staff were all pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and the chocolate left each day was a nice surprise. The location was also very convenient for dining and quick walk to the ski lift. Highly recommend!
