View from balcony of Matterhorn awesome. Pool was enjoyable with all of the spa jets. One very helpful lady at desk. Only negative was walk down Main Street from hotel had bad odors from a sheep pen and trash cans. Not on property but had to pass several times on walk to town.

We had a wonderful stay at Alpenhotel Fleurs de Zermatt. The location is excellent — close to great restaurants, shops, and easy access to the ski lifts, which made our trip so convenient. The hotel was spotless, cozy, and beautifully maintained. Our room was comfortable and perfect after long days of skiing. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the wellness area was a great place to relax. We would absolutely stay here again!

Outstanding Stay with Matterhorn Views We had a fantastic stay at Alpenhotel Fleurs de Zermatt in January 2026. The hotel was spotless, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and breakfast was excellent — filling enough to last us through a full day on the slopes. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the main train station, and our room had a clear, stunning view of the Matterhorn. We highly recommend this hotel and will absolutely book here again on our next ski trip to Zermatt.

Everything about this hotel is excellent! The staff were very helpful from check-in to check out. Clean room, modern amenities, spacious, accommodating, helpful staff! Free pick up and drop off from Zermatt’s train terminal, free luggage storage service after we checked out and had to go skiing, they even let us use their spa shower after skiing. Will come back gain. Thank you Fleur de Zermatt!

We enjoyed our stay at Alpenhotel Fleurs de Zermatt, which is about a five-minute walk from the train station and appears to be a newer property. We booked a room with a Matterhorn view, and relaxing in the room after long days of sightseeing and hiking was one of the highlights of our trip. Breakfast was good, although the 7:30 a.m. start time felt a bit late for early risers like us. The room was comfortable overall, but the bathroom sink area was quite narrow, and we nearly bumped our heads on the glass shelf above it several times. One downside was that cigarette smoke occasionally drifted into our room from neighboring balconies where guests were smoking. Most staff members were helpful during check-in and with directions, though we had an unpleasant interaction with one night staff member who refused to help us make a local call to our previous hotel regarding a misplaced travel pack. Despite a few inconveniences, Zermatt and the Matterhorn were absolutely unforgettable and the highlight of our Switzerland trip.
