“I'm coming from another country with bags then I discover that there is only stairs to take the bags and I have to take it by myself which is very hard for me. I receive the room without cleaning and ful of insects. When I complain they didn't do anything only the security help me by changing the room”

“Lights and plugs in bedroom didn't work nor did the tv. The kitchen and bathroom were fine. Odd thing is when you spend most time in the bedroom and your devices can't charge makes it a problem. Live and learn head elsewhere for the money. Front desk staff is the opposite of helpful.”
