entre mon heure d’arrivĂ©e Ă  l’hĂŽtel avec un agent de sĂ©curitĂ© qui comprend rien et malgrĂ© mon mail de confirmation et ma rĂ©servation, l’hĂŽtelier n’avait rien reçu. Donc m’a fait J’ai attendre deux heures sans un verre d’eau sur un petit banc. Ensuite on m’a remis un bracelet qui ne correspond pas au tout compris, j’ai dĂ» payer mes consommations quant Ă  la chambre, j’avais commandĂ© un grand lit pour un anniversaire. Aucune dĂ©coration, deux petits lit, une literie complĂštement dĂ©foncĂ©e une baignoire avec de l’eau stagnante. Bref lamenta.

Personnel chaleureux, hÎtel agréable, nourriture trÚs bonne (aussi difficile soit-on on trouve toujours de quoi se régaler le palais). Equipe d'animation discrÚte (je préfÚre). Le top du top à Zarzis et, pour ce que je connais de Djerba, il talonne les meilleurs de l'ßle aussi. J'y retournerai, malgré le prix un peu plus élevé que les autres du coin, mais il vaut vraiment la peine.

Bei Ankuft wurde ich nicht so freundlich von dem Rezeptionist empfangen. Auch im Restaurant wurde ich von dem Kellner unfreundlich angesprochen, dass ich in einen anderen Tisch umgezogen bin. Das Personal sind nur gegenĂŒber EuropĂ€er oder Amerikaner freundlich.

Malchance ou Réalité

ArrivĂ©e dans une chambre sans Ă©lectricitĂ©, impossible de trouver le numĂ©ro de la rĂ©ception dans la chambre, je tente alors de faire des numĂ©ros au hasard mais le tĂ©lĂ©phone est Ă©galement dĂ©fectueux car le correspondant n'arrive pas a m'entendre. Une fois l'Ă©lectricitĂ© rĂ©tablie, dĂ©jeuner dans un restaurant ou un serveur nous demande sur un ton pas trĂšs professionnel de mettre un T-Shirt pour dĂ©jeuner et quelques minutes plus tard un groupe de personnes s'installe au mĂȘme resto sans qu'on leur fasse de rĂ©flexion bref c'est Ă  la tĂȘte du client apparemment sinon dĂ©jeuner dĂ©gueulasse et le termes est faible (spaghetti fruit de mer que je ne donnerais mĂȘme pas a mon chien). N’étant de passage que pour une nuit, je ne bĂ©nĂ©ficiais pas du All inclusive. Cependant si je voulais consommer des boissons je devais me rendre obligatoirement dans un bar Ă  l'intĂ©rieur de l’hĂŽtel ou l'accĂšs est interdit quand on est mouillĂ© contrairement au bar all inclusive bref si tu as soif prĂ©vois le temps de te sĂ©cher pour pouvoir commandĂ© c'est complĂštement ridicule. De retour dans la chambre le tĂ©lĂ©viseur ne fonctionne pas (et on recommence la mĂȘme galĂšre pour appeler la rĂ©ception pour au final avoir un remplacement du tĂ©lĂ©viseur au bout d'une bonne heure). Animateurs fantĂŽmes, le seul personnel agrĂ©able, Ă  l'Ă©coute et qui Ă  tout fait pour rendre ce calvaire plus agrĂ©able, est un employĂ© de la rĂ©ception prĂ©nommĂ© Ali (Bravo Ă  lui pour son professionnalisme)

satisfaite de mon sejour dans cet hotel.. personnel trÚs a l écoute..petit probleme de baignoir 5mn apres on nous a reparé l incident..télé en panne pareil 10mn pour regler le problÚme.....vraiment rien a dire sur le personnel de l hotel...bien au contraire tres serviable et tres gentil...et surtout efficace.la nourriture super...et salle de restaurant tres propre.

Die Reception-Angestellen sind erst im zweiten Anlauf hilfsbereit. Zuerst heisst es "nein" oder "geht nicht". Doch nach hartnÀckigem Boren geht es dann auf einmal - surprise! Der Strand mit dem Seegrass ist mehr als ungepflegt was super schade ist!
