“En 15 minutos caminando por un camino estas en el centro. Inmejorables vistas. Bonito hotel. Preciosa habitación familiar en dos estancias, muy bien decorada, muy acogedora. Baño bonito, bien distribuido. Tiene restaurante donde se puede cenar muy buena comida, con excelentes vistas en la terraza. Desayuno riquísimo, el revuelto de huevos con verdura es excelente.”

“Let's start with the positives. The reception desk and café staff, were incredibly helpful and kind. The room was clean. The dining space was updated and clean and the staff did their best. The grounds were well kept. The negative were the other staff. No one spoke English and did not attempt to communicate in any other language, verbal or non-verbal. “This is a very posh, small (24 room) 5* hotel, located right in the center of the small town of Banska Stiavnica. We were the only guests that night, because the hotel had blocked reservations to get organized for the summer season (and forgot to block Expedia). The hotel owner was working the desk, and was extremely friendly and helpful. There is convenient and secure parking under the hotel.
