Contraté una reserva en Poloestudios de Zaratan por dos noches del 10 al 12 de abril. Te piden hacer el check in de hace de forma virtual 24h antes de la entrada y así lo hice. La entrada es a partir de las 14h, sin embargo después de hacer varias llamadas sin repuesta desde la puerta del alojamiento conseguí contactar cerca de las 17h, la persona que me respondió me dijo que se había olvidado de enviarme los códigos de entrada. Al entrar el apartamento estaba sucio y con insectos, llamé pero ya no obtuve respuesta por lo que tuve que ir a un establecimiento a comprar insecticidas y posteriormente limpiar. Las sábanas y almohadas tenían manchas por lo que también compré unas para poder dormir con mi hijo pequeño. Los responsables cuando me cogieron la llamada dijeron que a veces van con un poco de prisa y ya está. Les pedí el secador de pelo ya que no estaba en el apartamento aunque lo tenían así publicitado, y me dijeron que estaba en una puerta día plantas más abajo y que cuando estuviera en dicha puerta me darían un código para entrar, eso me lo dijeron cerca del mediodía del sábado así que ya me lavé el pelo el domingo, escribí un mensaje y fui a la puerta indicada, estuve con el pelo mojado con 5°C de temperatura al lado subiendo y bajando varias veces puesto que mi hijo estaba solo en la estancia, los responsables del apartamento no respondían ni a mensajes ni a llamadas, finalmente y después de una hora mi hijo estaba muy asustado al despertar sólo y encerrado (era ne

Patetico y asqueroso lugar para quedarse, paredes sucias, el baño sucio. Mi experiencia fue una de las peores, la habitación olía a tabaco, iba con mi hijo y lo he notificado y lo único que me dijeron “puedes abrir la ventana” mi estancia era de 3 días y tuve que salir el día siguiente porque se puso mal mi hijo. Les dije que me iba y no hicieron nada para cambiar de habitación, me he ido y no me reembolsaron el dinero, se excusaron con que hablara con la aplicación con la que reserve

Cambio inesperado y con peores condiciones

La habitación asignada no tenía cajetín para recoger la llave. Tuve que llamar, ya que no hay recepción, y me asignaron otra sin vistas al parque, como pone en su página, sino a la calle, con tráfico de coches, personas pasando por delante de mi ventana y ruidos de la terraza del bar.
