We arrived on motorcycle and were easily directed to the underground car park by a receptionist. When parked we were accompanied by a very helpful member of staff to reception and brought a couple of very much needed bottles of water. The room was very nice and well set out. The hotel is very central and we walked everywhere. To send us on our way we had a great breakfast from the buffet that had everything. A definite place to stay when in Zaragoza.

The room was lovely. The location excellent. Not the hotel’s fault that the city is doing sewer work on the street in front of the hotel. We did take advantage of the hotel’s parking, which is tricky to find without specific directions from the hotel. The parking facility is more than adequate for a facility within the old part of the city. I had messaged the hotel prior to our arrival to get directions to the parking which went unanswered. Zaragoza was a wonderful city to visit and explore. We found the least amount of English spoken throughout the city. Of the many members of the staff we encountered, only two had strong enough English skills to be able to help us, and our own Spanish skills were woefully inadequate. All staff tried to be very helpful but the language gap was a significant problem. We found having a rental car totally useless when visiting Zaragoza. Even returning the car at the main train station as planned took far longer than we could have anticipated. Should we visit again, we’ll drop the car on arrival in Zaragoza and rely on public transit and taxis for getting around the city.

Comfortable room—on the smaller side, but it worked well for our stay. The hotel’s location is very central and convenient. Parking during check-in was a bit difficult because there wasn’t an easy place to stop the car to register. Customer service could use some improvement. Some of the morning staff were very friendly and helpful, but the night staff seemed less informed, which made parts of the stay a bit frustrating. Overall, the location was excellent, and the room was comfortable.

The room and bathroom were very comfortable. The sheets on the bed were not very soft so I found them to be scratchy. The paid parking was accessible to the hotel lobby so that was GREAT. It was challenging to find it, but the staff were very helpful and gave us perfect directions to the garage. Staff was super! Everything was very walkable to the hotel.

Convenient location

The negatives: The price was high for what was received. The rooms are small. If arriving by car, it's virtually impossible to check-in before parking in the parking lot, which is on the back side of the hotel and not the easiest to find. If driving, call ahead to get parking lot instructions (have your plate number handy when you push the reception call button). The positives. The hotel is in a great area to be able to walk to many historical sites, dining, and shopping. The hotel restaurant has a couple very good tapas plates (humus, french fries, Iberian ham.
