It's a very convenient location being right on the train and bus station. The bath had a bit of mold, the air conditioning start d to leak the last night and the mini fridge wasn't working but they replaced it promptly. In general, the staff was very helpful.

The check in time was horrible since the agent at the front desk was very rude, then she gave us the farthest rooms at the Hotel, the cigarette smell was really bad on mine. Like I've mentioned already the rooms were far from the elevator and when we arrived at night the keys didn't work and we have to go back to the front desk. Breakfast was good, the rooms were spacious.

Took a long time to check in as very slow procedure. Room was 2 lifts and a walk away, so not good if you have mobility issues. Room had no tea/coffee or even bottled water in. Yet it does say a mini bar in room, ours had nothing in. Room very warm a/c not good. Nowhere near to get food/drink from. Don’t know how this is a 4 star hotel .

This property is part of the Zaragoza Train and bus station building but perfectly quiet in the room. Very large rooms with two sofas. Great price and great breakfast buffet. Only thing lacking was a hot water kettle and/or coffee maker.
