Lovely rooms with good facilities & a lovely hotel. Check in seemed unnecessarily slow & complex. Limited choice on restaurant menu. Unwelcoming ,unfriendly ,unhelpful waiting staff in restaurant. I told them 3 times i had booked a table,but they wanted me to move from the table i was shown to. Will never eat in the restaurant again.
