Just a basic airport hotel. Check in process took a long time, even though we arrived well after the noted check-in time. I had also pre-booked an airport shuttle through the hotel, but they had no record of it the next morning so we had to pay for a private taxi.

One disappointment: there was not at all a 24/7 airport shuttle as mentioned on yr website! NO shuttle towards the airport! Only towards the hotel.

On the Airport doorstep.

The Hotel is on the doorstep of the airport so is great if you have an early flight. Check-in was friendly but lengthy for an airport hotel. The guys slouching over the Xray at entrance need to be help with bags - their attitude was lazy and unwelcoming and let the entire team down. Rooms were good and clean. Avoid Room 104 (I changed) as its above the extractor vent and had a continuous droning sound that may disturb you too. Not a problem to change rooms.

I thank everyone I dealt with there,

I requested a pick-up service from the airport, and unfortunately, I did not find any of them at the airport, but on the other hand, the bus that takes the flight crew to the hotel arrived from the airport, so I had to go with them to go to the hotel. I thank them all .All the staff deal with high professionalism and I thank them all ... as well as the people of the island are all wonderful and dealing with them is easy and enjoyable. I wish everyone there success

Struttura bellissima a due passi dall’aereoporto, stanze non grandissime ma dotate di ogni comfort, servizio cortese e di alto livello. Gradita la colazione take away dato che siamo partiti di notte. Bellissime le piscine e ottima la cucina dei due ristoranti presenti. Niente da dire, il prezzo rispecchia la qualità offerta.

We are currently cycling around the world ( from Australia) The staff were wonderful and did an amazing job helping us to pack our bikes for our flight. A big shout out to Asha and Gift for everything! The rooms were quiet and beds comfy. A bit challenging to work out light switches though. The swimming pool was huge ! Just a quick mention that there’s no bar at the hotel so we got a taxi into stone town which wasn’t a problem for us.

Good location for an early morning departure. Unfortunately the service and facilities were lacking. Upon informing the front desk about no hot water when showering, there was no recourse instead just a laugh. Furthermore when trying to checkout and pay our bill, their credit machines were not working delaying us nearly 20 minutes and cutting our airport check in close. Experienced much better accommodation and service at other properties in Zanzibar.
