This is a unique quaint property that feels like you are staying at a country Inn in the middle of an Arboretum. The geese wander around the duck swim in the pond and it feels so inviting and comfortable. I would definitely return to this property.

The Cherry Valley Hotel was outstanding. The front desk was very accommodating with my request. Kayla did a great job and was anxious to serve. The rooms are clean, large, and look like they were recently remodeled My wife and I will definitely stay after the Cherry Valley Hotel again when we’re in the area.

The hotel has a beautiful, garden like setting with a small pond, a walking path, and a gazebo overlooking the water. We didn’t eat in the restaurant, but the bar staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and the food we ordered was delicious. Our suite was spacious and the premises was quiet and peaceful. Front desk staff was helpful and gave us great information on local sightseeing and restaurants. We plan on going back soon.

The room was lovely with a lounge area. The open pool area was great but the hot tub wasn't operational. We stayed three nights and housekeeping didn't touch our room; when I called to specifically request trash removal and new coffee pods, I got new towels. Staff was polite and attentive and the grounds are sweet and interesting.

Very nice hotel and the grounds are beautiful. Very different to navigate around the place. Room size was good, sliding door didn't lock,sink and tub not drained properly. We were there 3 days and still didn't find the lounge or where to get a meal from.

The room was clean and nice. The hotel overall is showing its age on the outside, but it looks like they are making improvements to the inside. Our room was nice and clean and the bathroom was large. The restaurant on-site was very good. We would stay here again. The only negative was that the hot tub is closed.

This hotel may have been a little dated but all other things were great. The staff was so helpful and friendly. All rooms had king beds even 2 king beds in our room. The mattresses and pillows were so comfy. The price was so reasonable. When we travel to the Columbus in the future we will stay here again.

So very much we love, the garden is beautiful and we spent a lot of time in it. MOST staff welcomed our crazy little family and puppy. And laughed with us. Served us amazing meals and our favorite staff are our beautiful Ally, the best of the best Eugene, and Ian is the go to for your drinks. (I HOPE I GET TO SEE YOU ON OUR NEXT TRIP IN) I have been so at peace just being able to go down the hall and get dinner, drinks, etc. that’s what a mama wants and she can enjoy it because your kids are so occupied and they have so many safe places to explore but not right under your hind. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A BUDGET FRIENDLY PLACE TO BE ABLE TO RELAX…., THIS IS IT! Only thing that made me sad is our hot tub won’t be up for us to enjoy but the pool was amazing!
