Lovely hotel with a sea view. The car park has ev chargers, so we could charge the car overnight. Daily cleaning service. The swimming pool was great fun. Staff were friendly.

I may have lost this in translation, but I did not see that it is a family resort. However, it seems they placed us on a floor with no children. We had a great quiet stay regardless of the family resort style.

Not pretty from the outside but rooms are modern and comfy with a great view. Staff were outstanding. Facilities in the immediate hotel are limited with no bar, but it is only a short walk to the main Centre Parcs complex with plenty of options. Use of the pools was a nice bonus.

A great stay

We had a lovely time in Zandvoort. The hotel was in a perfect location; next to the beach, near the centre parc activities, 5 min walk to train station, a walk to the centre and near the F1. The room was spacious and clean. There was lots of choice at breakfast. All staff we spoke to were friendly. Having the centre parc activities, meant that our child was never bored. We enjoyed much there was to offer like the swimming pool, mini golf, bike gire, mini football pitch. Trains ran every 30 mins to Amsterdam, so it was really easy to get to the city.

Hotel is convenient for visiting the racetrack, its only ten minutes walk away. The room was comfortable with a double bed, large TV, small fridge and a coffee maker. The staff are friendly and speak good English. Although it says there is a restaurant, this is only open for breakfast. For an evening meal you will need leave the hotel. I would recommend the beach bar "Strand 21" which is located opposite the hotel on the beach. If you are visiting Zandvoort aan Zee this hotel is a good place to stay. If you are visiting Zandvoort ann Zee

The hotel is a very good family hotel where children can have a lot of fun, the play area is majestic! The reception staff instead completely inefficient, they did not provide us with an extra blanket because they did not have the hotel being full and in the end the hair dryer did not work, I went down with wet hair at 10 in the evening and they replied that they had no others and could not do anything, I raised my voice because such a thing is unacceptable and by chance a new hair dryer came up.
