The property was lovely and a great place for “home base”. We had a sea view, top floor room and I would definitely recommend. Most of the staff was amazing, Dmitris and I believe Angela at the front desk were both lovely and helpful. The cleaning staff did an amazing job and deserves accolades for their daily reset. Visali (spelling?), I believe he’s a “concierge”, was very unkind one day when I parked our little Picanto in the wrong spot. He berated at me in front of the hotel lobby and accused me of “moving cones”, which I wouldn’t do—and that made the day and the stay just a little less “shiny”.

The hotel is a Gem. The overall experience was perfect: from the facilities thru the service and the hospitality of the staff. Breakfast and Dinner were always on top and rich of different and fresh dishes. We will definitely come back. Last but not least: a big shout out to Vasilis which took care of all our needs. Perfect.!!

Tsamis Zante hotel was magnificent and their staff incredible. The staff was cordial, attentive, sweet kind and polite. The hotel our room were super clean. Breakfast had lots of variety and it was huge, the y provided everything you can think of. I also liked the fact that we had the options of a few pools and the ocean. If I can give more stars to Tsamis I would give infinity. Also booked a deep tissue massage which the masseuse nailed the amount of pressure I wanted. I was thrilled to stay at Tsamis. Can’t wait to go back.

Lovely property with large clean rooms - very quiet at night and comfy beds. The pools and sea are stunning. While the front desk staff are all extremely professional and helpful, the restaurant staff less so and little heed was paid to the growing piles of glasses and cups that piled up around the pool area. Perhaps most importantly, they need to pay more attention to safety issues, in particular the slippery steps that go into the sea. I took a terrible fall my first day and 9 days later I’m still in pain. It’s also in the middle of nowhere so be warned you will spend a lot on cabs. Overall I’d recommend but with an asterisk.

Beautiful clean rooms and great surroundings, both pools are just fabulous. The vegan restaurant was absolutely amazing with very creative food and staff also so lovely. The breakfast was average with very little vegan options which was very surprising considering the vegan restaurant at the hotel. It was really just toast and cereal available.

4* hotel. Loses one star just in comparison to better hotels (luxury hotels). We had a great time here. Well priced and a beautiful location. Not the most luxurious but also was a great hotel.

I think going in with expectations that this was going to be like other 5 star hotels impacted our view of Tsamis. It's not comparable to other 5 start hotels we have stayed in. Starting with the room, it was perfectly fine but it was a bit tired and the taps were loose in the wall. It lacked the finishing touches you would expect from 5 start. The towels also had weird stains on them which was a bit off putting. The shower ran hot and cold which was a bit annoying. The pool in the room was a bit dirty. The hotel itself was ok but again lacked those finishing touches and ambience we've experienced elsewhere. Areas were a bit tired too, the sea front umbrellas were falling apart and we avoided that whole area because it just looked run down. The main seafront pool was ok but was in need of a deep clean, there was a lot of algae on the pool walls. The pool by reception was a lot nicer, the only problem was the bar was not well staffed, there was one bar person running between the pools so getting a drink was painful. Breakfast, again, ok, nothing to write home about - large selection, not the greatest quality. Gym was ok, small but did the job for a week. Overall the hotel did the job but if you are expecting luxury, go somewhere else.

Great place

This property is very nice. Expansive, several pools, good breakfast and excellent staff. It is very remote so make sure you have GPS ready to find it, but it is also just 2.5 km from the town of Tsilivi, which we went to for dinner every night.

Exceptional property the staff Kosta vasili vasiliki and angela at reception bar staff all went over way to make us feel comfortable and ensure we were taken care of. Breakfast Buffett was fantastic had a wide variety of options great location on the sea and in a quieter area however still close enough to cab into the larger cities. I would absolutely and highly recommend to stay at this property and would definitely return.

The area is very nice, breakfasts and dinner buffet is great and well maintained. Room was clean and cozy (be aware that shower is fully open and there is no privacy in the room). On downside I'd say that reception service was not always interested in even trying to help out with small requests (was looking for a lighter, they didn't even try to help)

Fantastic service, fantastic facillities. The Hotel is spot on. We was staying in 8 nights, it was great. The only reason to is not 5/5 and 4/5 is because of the food. Not much variation and same breakfast and dinner…

The hotel is not as what it looks like in the picture and people post on social media. The front desk lady wasn't very welcoming. The lady takes charge of the dining room was so mean to us, maybe because we are asians. The room wasn't super clean, there are some huge ants coming into the room. The hotel condition needs to be improved too. It does not like it is in a good condition. Very disappointed stay.
