“The room wasn’t clean when I got in, There is nothing around. There wasn’t even a microwave in the apartment. The only thing that was food is the nearest public transportation ”

“They refused entry on arrival despite having a booking reference. They asked me which room I was staying in - I said I didn’t know as I was trying to check in. Security told me to go. I left and am pursing a complaint ”

“Hotel muy nuevo con habitación amplia y confortable. Cama muy grande y cómoda. Limpieza destacable. Personal de recepción amable. Único inconveniente: bastante alejado del centro de Varsovia y sin nada en los alrededores. ”

“En general muy buena relación precio calidad. Los días que alojamos fueron muy calurosos y el hotel no tenía aire acondicionado, lo que no ayudo a una estadía 100% cómoda. El resto todo bien, salvo el aseo del baño y reposición de insumos, no fue buena. Quizás es un caso aislado, pero es lo que nos tocó.”

“El hotel está a las afueras de Varsovia, oír lo que resulta adecuado si vas en coche. Tiene parking pero en la calle también hay sitios para aparcar. El personal es muy amable. La habitación es grande. La decoración es un poco antigua y la cama blanda. El desayuno amplio y variado.”

“The hotel has 175 rooms, my friend and I we were the only guests in the hotel. They gave us a terrible welcome, they didn't provide to us any information and they lied about services. They didn't open to us the bowling, they didn't want to open the swimming pool and they were rude when we tried to complain. It was not a language issue, because my friend speaks Polish. Luckily, the manager she was kind and helped us because the receptionists were totally unprofessional for a 4 stars hotel....
