We had a lovely family stay at Zakopiański Dwór. The hotel is quiet and peaceful, with convenient on-site parking. Rooms are simple but comfortable, offering everything we needed. My family and I stayed at Zakopiański Dwór and it was an amazing experience. The place was very clean and the staff including the owners were fantastic. The breakfast was delicious. There were hiking trails right behind the hotel and all were amazing. We recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

This is a great property located in the city centre, near Krupowki street. What’s good is that breakfast is included and is rich in variety. The staff are very nice and helped arrange a taxi for me. There is no AC, so it does get a bit humid in the summer (July); however, you can open the window and it’s bearable. What you get for the price is remarkable.

I want to say huge thank you for the hospitality, especially to Amazing staff of reception Miss Kasia and Miss Izabella for all the help and keeping myself Company.Big thank you to the personnel of the kitchen and to Miss Agnieszka for very good and tasty breakfast. Very nice hotel, excellent staff

Very nice stay slightly above the main part of the town. Easy walk into town, on property parking, close to a trailhead. Alex at the desk is worth 10 stars, so helpful on things to do and directions, genuinely a star!! Djiekuie!!!!!!

I don’t understand why Expedia is in partnership with this hotel. In my options for reservations, I took a superior room with dinner and breakfast included. Once I made my reservation that was non refundable, I received a message from the hotel say that the restaurant will be close at 6PM. On site, the reception, was asking us to have dinner between 5:30 and 6 PM. After they would close the restaurant. We protest, saying it was too early as we had excursions planned. They refused to change anything or to refund the part of the dinner. We had no choices for the meal, fix menu. Horrible food with hairs in the plate. The female receptionist told us she was not responsable, many times, even if I have try to explain that she was the only representative of the hotel and she was to receive my complaint. The manager never showed up even if I have asked for him to come. Leaving the front seat employees alone. Bad managerial attitude. Room on the 3rd floor, no elevator, no fridge in the room, no AC. Well not wort the visit. Bad business, badly run.
