We have stayed at the Bellamonte a few times now and cannot fault anything at all. The apartments are a good size with balconies , the breakfast offers a varied menu and the staff are of the highest calibre . Add in free parking and only being a 10 minute walk from the bottom of the high street and main shopping area. We thoroughly recommend.

Very good location, fast and problem less check in, very kind staff, tasty and rich breakfast, specious and clean room… however: double sleeping sofa bed can’t accommodate 2 adults, bed sheets are ripped and beddings are extremely short and heavy (old). No mop to wipe the floor available, no washing machine either. The TV doesn’t work at all.

A fantastic place to stay.

This hotel is just about perfect. Our interactions with Michael, on reception were welcoming and he was so helpful that he was a credit to the hotel and to his profession in general. The apartment was a real surprise. It had a well equipped kitchen, was well decorated and clean and very spacious. My friend enjoyed her time in the salt room. The breakfast buffet was brilliant and had something for everyone. I only eat animal products and there was plenty of choice for me and vegetarians were well catered for too. The only disappointment was that we only booked 2 nights there.

Had a phenomenal time in Zakopane and the Bellamonte had a lot to do with it. Easy communication with the hotel with very quick response. The parking is right outside the apartment. The apartment is large, clean and spacious. The breakfast was beyond what we’d expect to get. We came late one morning due to our baby and toddler sleeping and the cook came out and offered to make us eggs. Brought them to us and they were delicious. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Location was very close to everything and perfect! Can’t say enough good things. Would definitely recommend and return someday.

Good hotel, worth a visit!

Lovely staff, great breakfast and super clean hotel. However, we were allocated one of the top floor rooms, with a pitched roof and this proved to be a challenge for my son and husband, who are both over 6ft tall. We couldn’t relax on the sofa as we had a slope behind our head, the men couldn’t take a bath or a shower as there wasn’t any head room and getting in and out of bed resulted in banging our heads. Perhaps the hotel could look at ways to remodel the rooms, so that instead of tucking furniture into edges to create floor space, they could consider guests comfort instead? I need to add that I’m sure if we’d have been given a room on one of the lower floors, this review would have been given a 10/10 as our stay was otherwise great!

Great location for walking to many parts of Zakopane. The Hotel is off in a wooded, quiet location, by the river. Get the breakfast option, the food is great, plus you can get breakfast and be on your way to explore. We missed the entrance to the hotel complex several time because the arrow pointing to the hotel was covered by overgrown bushes, but other then that it was one of the best lodging on our trip. The hotel staff was the best, very friendly and welcoming!
